Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines when you are eligible for a refund for payments made to SharkCluster, operated by Coreway Solution.

Please read before purchasing: SharkCluster operates as a managed reseller of cloud infrastructure. Because we are billed directly and non-refundably by our infrastructure providers (OVH, DigitalOcean, Vultr, Contabo, and others) on monthly or annual cycles, we are generally unable to offer cash refunds once a server has been provisioned. We encourage you to evaluate the platform using our free trial before committing to a paid plan.

1. Subscription Fees — No Refund Policy

All subscription payments to SharkCluster are non-refundable. When you subscribe to a plan, we immediately commit resources and incur costs from our infrastructure providers on your behalf. These costs are fixed, monthly or annual, and cannot be recovered once incurred.

If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused days within a billing cycle.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent renewal, but no refund is issued for the remaining unused months. We recommend starting with a monthly plan if you are unsure of your long-term commitment.

3. Infrastructure Costs — Non-Refundable

SharkCluster resells server capacity from third-party providers (OVH, DigitalOcean, Vultr, Contabo, and others). Costs associated with provisioned servers — including hours of server runtime, bandwidth overages, and storage — are passed through from providers and are non-refundable once the resource has been provisioned and used.

If a server is provisioned and immediately destroyed within the same billing hour, we will evaluate refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

4. Service Disruption Credits

If SharkCluster's own control panel or management platform experiences downtime exceeding 4 hours in a given month due to issues on our end (not third-party providers), you may request a prorated service credit equivalent to the downtime period. Credits will be applied to your account wallet and are not paid out as cash.
